I thought the president decides the law. Than I found out that it had to go through Congress. Than I found out senators were involved.
Well, just exactly how does a law get passed? Can someone explain the step-by-step process please?
From my understanding, the president makes the proposal, and than what?

How about a law that requires to ALL their political money deals be made public?

They keep showing all the millions of dollars these candidates are raising, and we all know they are making deals with CEO’s and special interests to get most of the money. Why not add a law that requires them to publish all the special deals they promise to collect money. That way could know what deals Hillary and Obama are making right now to collect those millions? That way we would know what deals we are really voting for?

Can someone pls provide the details of various certificate / diploma / bachelors / masters degree programs in LAW via Distance Education mode offered by IGNOU school of law?
I checked the IGNOU website as well as few others but couldnt gather much information on this particular stream ie, LAW and the distance education courses in LAW from IGNOU if any.
Also, what are the eligibility criteria?

Can a law office/creditors get the courts to place a lean on ones home if they dont pay their debt?

My father had gotten our home loan for my sister and I a few years ago. So his name is on the loan and his name is on the title (My sister and I’s name is only on the title). Now he has some debt which the law offices/creditors have taken to court. We were planning on selling our home and moving somewhere else…Would the courts put a lean on our home because of my fathers debt to make us pay before we can sell?
To be honest, we cant pay what he owes simply because we cant afford it.
Thanks for any info, Ive been stressed over this for a while.
